Please contact us at 812-276-6684 or send us an email to puppies@rhakitas.com to insure your puppy is still available. Although we strive to update this site immediately following the sale of a pup, we sometimes get behind an hour or so.
Once you have been notified of the pup's availability, you have several options to send your payment to us. At eight weeks of age the puppy is old enough to ship by air. At six weeks - the puppy is old enough to pick up by it's new owner or be deliverd by ground by us.
Sending Payment for your Pup
Option One - We gladly take Visa, MC, and Discover. Please call us with your credit card number.
Option Two - You can use PayPal (www.paypal.com) to send your funds to eli@rhakitas.com . Please be aware that we do not accpet PayPal's "echeck" option.
Option Three - You can send your funds by MONEYGRAM. It's simliar to Western Union but more user friendly and convenient. Located at your local Wal-Mart customer service center - you will be given a very short form to fill out for entering the address information found below. Once you send your funds - you contact us and give us the Reference number on the MoneyGram.
Option Four - We no longer take checks unless special arrangements have been made.
Rodriguez Hill Akitas gladley takes deposit for future pups. This is how it works.
We Call it our 'PRIORITY CHOICE Plan'
We designate 4 puppies from each litter for the First Pick Choice. That is - we take deposits for 1st 2nd Pick male and 1st 2nd Pick females in each litter scheduled. When the preferred dam has a litter of pups we hold posting the litter to the public until all our Priority Choice Customers have selected their pup. Our first call is to the 1st in line for both male and female, then second. These four customers are given "Priority Choice" to the pups in the litter. Once the pups are selected by their new owners - we post the remaining to the public.
Process: We will always have a notice posted on our Home Page stating who is expecting and when. Also, on our Puppy Page - their is a listing of litters on the way and WHO - what female - is having the litter. We post both parents on this page so the viewer can check out each individual parent's personal web page by selecting their button on the home page. Once you have decided which litter you would like a puppy from - you contact us and place your 50% deposit to secure the available PriorityChoice. On the individual dam's web page - we post which Choices are secured with a deposit. We also send you your invoice that shows your paid amount and your balance. Your final payment for your new pup will be required at the time you make your choice from the litter. And of course, should a litter not arrive your deposit is refundable or can be applied to another litter we have planed or applied to a litter currently available from another female. Please note - deposits are NOT refundable for any other reason other than a litter NOT being produced.
Opportunities in securing a future pup are minimal. The sooner you select your pup and place your deposit - the better!
